Lynn Hadden-Quinn
Teacher/Director of All Genres of Dance and Acrobatics
Lynn Hadden-Quinn is the director of LHQ DANCEFORCE, and has been dancing, teaching and directing for over 20 years. She has been trained in all styles of dance. Her talents have given her the honor of being a featured performer and choreographer on numerous stages across the globe. She was recently featured in the "Teacher Spotlight in Dance Studio Life Magazine," in the September 2010 issue. Lynn was also certified with the DEA Teacher Training Program. This a dynamic multi-dimensional program of study, enhancing the knowledge and teaching techniques of all dance professionals. She continues her dance education training at the D'Valda & Sirico Dance Teacher Web Conference as a VIP member, as well as gaining more knowledge for her business, students & staff. Lynn is also a certified lifestyle coach and has a passion for wellness & giving back the gift of dance and wellness in her programs at LHQ Danceforce.

Beth Gage
Ballet, Pointe and Modern
Beth Gage began her dance career at the Adams School of Dance in Rutland,Vermont under the primary instruction of Sherry Adams. While training at the Adams School of Dance, Beth had the opportunity to join the Vermont Chamber Ballet where she worked her way up from a company member to a principal dancer. She then continued her studies under the instruction of Maris Wolff at Johnson State College. While there, she was the president of the JSC Dance Ensemble and danced with the Vermont Dance Collective. She moved to Western Massachusetts after college and began her professional dance teaching career.

Brenda Hadden
All Genres of Dance and Acrobatics
Brenda Hadden has extensive dance training in all subjects of dance. Her performances include: Disney's Magic Music Days, Tribute to Broadway and Beyond, Sesame Street in Concert, Lenny Gomulka's Christmas Show, The Rocky Horror Show, Rip the Mic, Burn the Floor, Choreography & performance in the show "Fabulous," a fundraiser for the Breast Cancer Foundation and many other fundraising appearances. In September 2007, she choreographed and performed at The Big E fair, with Latin performer "Danna". Brenda also choreographed and performed for the Massachusetts Twisters Dance team, "Dance Destruction". In May 2001, she graduated from Holyoke Community College, with an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education. When not performing and teaching, Brenda is busy working with her home business in Health and Nutrition, check out her website at www.marketamerica.com/brendahadden. In the summer months, Brenda has been a volunteer for ten years, at Camp Sunshine in Maine, working with terminally ill children and their families.

David Bovat
Dancer, Choreographer, Educator
Born and raised in West Springfield, Massachusetts, David Bovat has built a profession out of his natural ability to dance and to teach others. His Journey began at the young age of seven under the direction and influence of Anita Oski Barrette. Throughout his career as a dancer, David has had the pleasure to study with Frank Hatchett and Anthony DeVecchi of the Northeast American Ballet, to name a few. David continues to take classes at Broadway Dance Center in New York City to broaden his passion and knowledge of dance with the purpose of sharing it with his many students and colleagues.
As an accomplished dance instructor, David continues building his career, developing choreography and teaching for several dance studios and Master classes in the Western Massachusetts area. One of the many positions he holds is Dance Director at Bay Path University. David continues to put his ability and knowledge of dance to good use a Head Judge and instructor of Master classes for the Step Up to Dance tour. He a Choreographer, Artistic Director, and Lead Dancer for many events such as the Tap Dancing Santa’s at Symphony Hall and the Dancing with the Local Starts events for the Kiwanis Club of West Springfield and Agawam. David has respectfully taught for the National Association of Dance Affiliated Artists as well as the Dance Teachers Club of Boston. Above all else, he prides himself as a choreographer/dance instructor. David has choreographed for many beauty pageants, talent competitions and musical productions such as Rocky Horror Picture Show, Gypsy, Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, Love and Beyond, The Cher Extravaganza, and most recently Mr. Mambo. David M. Bovat continues to entertain, educate, and inspire dancers of every age and physicality. His love for the art of dance is present in everything he puts forth.

Robert Blakley
Hip Hop
Robert Blakley has been dancing since the age of 10 under the direction of Tracey Thomas who studied with people like Frank Hatchett, Debbie Allen, Maurice and Gregory Hines, Jasmine Guy, Judith Jameson and so many others. Robert is versatile in many different styels and genres of dance including Jazz,Tap,Ballet,Lyrical and he specializes in Hip Hop. Currently signed to MSA (Mcdonald Selznick Associates) Talent Agency out of New York and LA. Robert is currently performing in the commercial aspect of dance music videos, stage performances commercials and much more... We are happy to have Robert on staff and we look forward to all he can offer for LHQ Danceforce.

Connie Fink
Artistic General Manager / Creative Designer
Connie Fink grew up dancing. When her sister opened her own dance studio, Connie continued her involvement in the dance world as her own children danced and competed. Trained in fashion design and sewing, she worked for a custom swimwear company as well as the dance costume company, Design Works. At Design Works, she worked on the sewing floor and — for over six years — worked in the design room as the Design Room Coordinator. Here, her passion for dance costume design and sewing grew. Now, she brings that same passion to LHQ Danceforce as the Artistic General Manager, Creative Designer and manager of the custom apparel shoppe. She created the Helena Hippo character for LHQ Danceforce and is the author of a children’s book about her. In addition to her office and design roles, she’s always excited to extend her help to the LHQ students, families and staff. We are all very lucky to work along side Connie M Fink she brings so much to the LHQ team and due to her dedication to LHQ she recently became our new Artistic General Manager.

Sara Janik
Teacher/Director of All Genres of Dance and Acrobatics
Sara is an experienced and passionate choreographer, who has been teaching in Massachusetts for over 20 years. She began dancing at age 6 studying tap, jazz, ballet and acrobat. Her love for dance propelled her into assistant teaching then instructor training, all while simultaneously obtaining her BS in psychology (and minor in music) from Our Lady of The Elms College. Throughout her career, Sara has taught students of all ages in hip hop, acrobat and lyrical, with a concentration in tap, jazz, musical theater and large productions, for which she has received many accolades. Most recently she received the "Tap Sensation" award for Choreography from KAR Dance Competition (2016). Sara is NADAA certified and is an advocate for continual Dance Education. She strives to learn the newest choreography and techniques from highly-esteemed educators from the Dance Teacher Summit, Dance Educators of America, Dance Teacher Web Live and CLI studios, as well as attending workshops at Broadway Dance Center in NYC with top choreographers from around the world such as Savion Glover, Mandy Moore, Twitch, Ray Leeper, Al Blackstone and Anthony Morigerato.
Sara's professional resume includes dancing in many shows at Riverside Amusement Park in Agawam, MA (currently Six Flags New England). She was also a principal dancer for the "Ray of Elvis" tribute and a highlighted dancer for Frank Hatchett's "Salute to a Legacy." Sara also trained with the late great Frank Hatchett. She is also the Assistant Choreographer to Steven Midura at Shows4youproductions.
Sara's love of dance continues to inspire and motivate her students to not only work hard but also to be creative, expressive storytellers through the art of movement.

Jennifer Root
Instructor
Jennifer is a dancer, choreographer and teacher who grew up and trained at LHQ Danceforce in the Dance Intensive program. Jen has been dancing for sixteen years and competed as a dancer for eleven years. After graduating high school Jen went on to study the art of dance in New York while dabbling in costume design, and choreography. Jennifer was a featured soloist in a number of shows including SYNC, Change-A 2015 Freshman Project, and Our Fight Against Cancer-A Senior Thesis. Miss Root also spent time working for a competition company, as well teaching dance classes to local preschools. She has a plethora of experience with early childhood students and young children while also gaining experience with choreographing numbers for students in the high school and collegiate level. Jen has brought her love of dance to LHQ and trained as an assistant teacher for many years as well as a substitute teacher for two years. Miss Jen is eager to share her passion with her students, her whole purpose being to share the gift that is dance while creating magical moments within each student she meets.

Ashley Fichera
Contemporary
Ashley graduated from the University of Hartford with honors and holds a BFA in Ballet Pedagogy. She continues to choreograph professionally and competitively and teaches master classes in Classical and Contemporary Ballet. Ashley also is on the Civic Ballet of CT Board of Directors.

After spending my whole life in classical ballet, I still look forward to every class, after having taught in over 250 studios and ballet companies on the East Coast, I look forward to building up every student that stands in front of me.
